Hi, I’m Naren, a junior at IIIT Gwalior. I’m interested in disassemblers and compilers.

What I’m Working On

I’m writing a C99 compiler in C++ while reading Engineering a Compiler.
The goal is to build it from scratch, with my own IR implementation and RISC-V and MIPS backends.

Previous Work

I was a Google Summer of Code 2026 contributor with the Rizin reverse engineering framework. My project focused on recovering RTTI and class metadata from binaries and using it to devirtualize the different forms of dynamic dispatch used by different languages.

I implemented analysis for Rust, Objective-C, Swift, Java, and D.
The goal was to turn indirect runtime calls into concrete targets, making class relationships and control flow easier to recover during Rizin’s static analysis.
